In keeping with the company's mission of serving our communities, our employee owners want to provide these at-risk customers with the ability to purchase their groceries in a less crowded environment.
We appreciate your support as we strive to serve all our valued customers in an efficient and safe manner.
Due to the unprecedented demand for grocery and paper products nationally, we are faced with difficulties in both the availability and delivery of some products.
We are working tirelessly as we increase delivery schedules and procure additional product from multiple warehouses and our vendor partners. In addition we have greatly increased our staffing so our store teams can restock and meet your needs.
Should we be out of an advertised item, we are more than happy to issue a rain check.
As an employee based company, we are working hard to supply the communities in which we live and we appreciate your patience and understanding through these trying times.

We are a 100% employee-owned company, and very proud to be an important member of your community. The health and safety of our Customers, as well as our employees, remains a top priority at all of our store locations. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, we want to assure you that we are taking significant precautionary measures and adhering to recommendations from public health officials, as well as continuing to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
We have developed contingency plans to respond to a variety of scenarios so that we may react swiftly if any of the areas where we operate are impacted. We are actively working with our safety experts, vendors and suppliers to ensure that we can continue to offer you the best of fresh, specialty foods and meal offerings.
In addition to reinforcing good hygiene practices recommended by the CDC with our fellow Owners, we have also increased the frequency of our already stringent cleaning and sanitation procedures in every department. We have temporarily suspended self-sampling stations in the stores; however, if you would like to try a product, please ask any associate, and we would be happy to provide a sample.
We have also received questions about fresh produce purchasing and whether food is at risk. While there is currently no evidence that fresh produce can transmit the virus, strictly following good personal hygiene practices is the best defense as is washing your produce when you get home, as you normally would. We are also providing Customers with disinfectant wipes to use for their hands and on their shopping carts or baskets.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in our stores.
